“I am proud to be given the opportunity to lead the Coalition as it grows from strong beginnings as a human space exploration thought leader to a larger and even more effective advocate for sustained space policies and budgets that will assure our nation’s space leadership in the 21st Century,” Slazer said.
Most recently, Slazer was responsible for business development strategies across the space market for Aerojet Rocketdyne. Prior to Aerojet Rocketdyne, for eight years, he was the Vice President for Space Systems at the Aerospace Industries Association. His earlier career included engineering and business development roles at Northrop Grumman, United Launch Alliance, and Boeing.
“Frank’s experience with all aspects of space exploration, Washington, and our industry will be a tremendous asset for the Coalition’s growth as we work to increase our advocacy for robust U.S. human space exploration,” said Coalition Board Member Andrew Allen. “His respected voice will be an important contribution to assure America’s continued space leadership.”
