>>13124201>It is uncomfortable to change your sleep habits. You may have to suffer significantly through not sleeping well for about a week. It is painful and miserable to get in bed at 10:00pm, not sleep at all, and then get up at 6:00am and walk two miles, and stay out of bed, stay active all day, and then repeat the cycle. It may take up to a month of uncomfortable discipline to learn how to sleep again. It will hurt a lot.alright thanks anon i will try something like that out, it would be nice to kind of "rewrite my schedule"
>Sleep meds have nearly as bad (occasionally worse) chronic effects as alcoholyou'e probably right, but ambien seems to work decently well for me
i've heard people say it makes you do some weird stuff when you first try it, but i don't remember anything weird happening
i first started using melatonin when i was 12, just the 3mg tablets, but a couple years ago i switched to something stronger (ambien)
>You will quit and return to dependence on drugs and alcoholmy therapist said i most likely never really developed a biological dependence on alcohol like an alcoholic would, she said it was important to catch it early
>You're just a weak person.i dont mind being weak as long as i improve over time
