-Clotting, exhaustion of clotting: either the vaccine is more efficient than usual (most of the RNA get wasted, imagine somehow none of it does) and the spikes cause a lot of clotting, or the RNA somehow gets reverse-transcribed and causes a continuous production of spikes in which case , or the RNA causes spikes to appear in a sensitive area where even minimal clotting is an issue. In the first two cases, even if the clotting itself is not an issue, the exhaustion of platelets could cause excessive bleeding.
-similarly to antibiotic resistance, a 90/100 efficient vaccine, not given to everyone, while circulation is high, is in effect a massive at-scale gain of function experiment. The most virulent strains now can live in a host without killing it and thus spread efficiently, whereas the weaker strains are killed by the vaccine. So more and more virulent strains appear until even vaccinated people get sick, and unvaccinated people die.
The fact that cases 1 and 2 are possible increases the likelihood that many will refuse the vaccine which increases the risk of case 3.
