'natural' is used as euphemism for 'naive', 'unexamined', 'less conscious', ie. implicitly 'less intelligent'. it's a question of how far you're in that case you're gonna on that spectrum, eg. are you gonna go until you're talking about populations who can't reason out that sex causes pregnancy? but in any case you're talking about DEGENERATION headed to essentially animal omnisexuality similar to any other domesticated species.
you'll have mostly heterosexuality among adults but also endemic 'pedophilia' without regard to the victims sex. (and general horrendous child abuse, beatings and torture purely for the adults amusement, endemic infanticide or abandonment as the means of population control.) and nearly all of it 'rape' by modern standards, coercive by habituation and custom but forcible as needed. also they'll be freely masturbating or fucking suggestively shaped mounds of earth or piles of rocks. (and this is basically exactly what has historically been found in the most isolated, degenerated human populations, eg. isolated tropical islands).
all sexual morality is defense against this degeneration. the ultimate sexual morality is a hollistically sex-negative/antinatalist transhumanism and/or 'technocratic'/'fascist' collectivization of reproduction (starting with conscious and deliberate eugenics policy).
