After it’s sun dried and possibly brewed there won’t be much DNA left. Once in the in the stomach HCl will deal with the rest. If you would injected it that’s probably different, but the cells can deal with foreign DNA and RNA unless we are talking about insane amounts of modified stuff. However depending on certain DNA and RNA sequences things could happen, if injected. Again depending on quantity and tissue status/route of application.

I'm surprised that the publication's results show that DNA is stable up to 130°C and then is rapidly destroyed as temperature increases to 200°C.
It's very weird to me, usually that class of compounds stops being indefinitely stable above around 50-60°C.

It's not like the body has a single repository for DNA. What cells are being infected? How does this change anything? If anything, sperm or egg cells make sense to being the most important, but I don't know what the exact passage is from the point of infection is to those cells.
