I’ve read that women who have a bit extra fat around their hips tend to produce children with high IQ’s and have higher levels of prenatal testosterone. I don’t fully understand it however I’m not opposed to a slightly chubby woman. Now don’t get me wrong I definitely do not mean the American version of chubby.

Agreed, I was planning on it. I’m going to get my sons into body building and boxing or HEMA or some form of fighting from a very young age then encourage them to pick up football

derek and his biohacker friends are literal snakeoil salesman hacks. business graduate derek doesn't even understand basic organic chemistry or biology and talks all the time about pharmacology because he read a wikipedia page and few abstracts. they just reiterate what they read with zero understanding of the material at hand. you can tell that by how they use the same weird terms all the time and how little reflection/discussion they provide

Gymnastics from a young age up to adolescence would be an excellent choice for athleticism and learning how to socialize with chicks. However, I'd switch to more masculine sports around high school age to get him with groups of young men. Hockey, if it's available, is a fantastic time - lots of fraternal bonds and great anger outlet. If you have a based outdoors program, like how the boyscouts used to be, I'd recommend sending him there too. Upping his basal metabolic rate while he's young would be a huge leg up.
Avoid all plastics as well. Xenoestrogens are extremely detrimental to your plan here. Cook with cast iron and only drink out of glass. Avoid foods packaged in plastics too. Your butcher should be getting you your cuts in paper anyways. Obviously avoid all onions, but I'm sure you've heard this by now.
Taking him hunting, fishing, trapping, etc. would be great as well. Self-sufficiency is one of the most attractive traits to women. Make sure he knows basic vehicle maintenance as well.
I wouldn't let him get too into video games. Mostly a time sink and shit activity. Reinforce reading in an active manner.
Lastly, game nights or other family events are huge. Even if they're simply watching a movie together. I'd shoot for at least all dinners to be together with phones away completely and TV off.
