>>13116489I don't want to discredit anyone who completes courses, but this is why I had to drop out. In calc one with my easy (but good) professor, I had time to prove every theorem we used in that class, and I felt whole in my knowledge everytime I understood how one might derive a method starting from intuition.
Vector Calc and Matrix Algebra ended that. If I didn't accept unwhole understandings and just memorize enough to get through I would simply get left behind. It killed me to drop out, but at the time, spiritually, I couldn't tolerate it. Call it aspergers, laziness, but I feel the deep pain of passing without understanding.
