I do think aliens exist, but I don't believe they've meaningfully ever interacted with humans, and honestly I doubt we've EVER been contacted by extra terrestrials. There's literally no reason why aliens would come here, not for contact, nor for conquest.

Is-ought problem is about normative statements, not "what state the world is ought to be observed in by how it is now/in this part". You can have an intuition about it like you can of principle of the uniformity of nation, is-ought is not at play here.
The reason you are confusing it is that this intuition people have about how likely life is defunct, but it doesn't actually rely on any value judgement. We just make the mistake that our experience on this one data sample is in any way indicative of the underlying causes.
So the Humean objection is not with is-ought, but with the regularity account of causal understanding.
