I am not very smart or educated, but I think time travel paradoxes only arise form the assumption that there is some sort of "universal tapestry" (for lack of better term) upon which stuff happens. If every thing exists only in the now by itself, then time tracel should be perfectly fine as there would be no causual chain of events to break. Now, is there any proof that the "universal tapestry" is real?
