I have Saccharomyces cerevisiae (brewer yeast) growing on a plate. The white circles are yeast I'm sure, but what the heck are the ones that look like tan arrowheads? Google isn't much help

If I come across as ignorant its because this is my bachelors so I'm sorry for not being an expert
