I don't trust science that has an incentive to be biased, change my mind

I generally trust physics and chemistry and stuff like that, but I won't trust anything that has a reason to be biased. For example (yes here we go again) race IQ science has a reason to be biased, so I don't trust its conclusion that all races are equally smart but I don't believe the that they're not either, I just don't know at all. I think nobody wants to be the guy to announce that race genetically affects IQ, nobody wants that to be the result, nobody wants to be called racist or be seen as justifying racism. I mean these people seriously think that it would justify slavery somehow if it were to be true. And even then I think tertiary sources like Wikipedia would make it seem like the results aren't all pointing to that even if the actual studies were (that's how it works right?). So yeah, this goes for everything in the social sciences too. Am I just a chud?
