>>13113731>>13121604Theoretically yes, for most people, but psychedelics wildly unpredictable, even as a microdose. Even with a lifetime of taking it, it becomes easier to *handle* but never becomes easier to control and guide. As a microdose, when it works, it really works, but you can't rely on it to always do what you want.
>>13113807Modafinil is amazing, but varied results for everyone. Also there are two types of tolerance, pharmacological and effect tolerance. Some people only benefit from modafinil a few times and then, even though they have no pharmacological tolerance, the benefits won't be there even though it has full effects. Some people develop pharmacological tolerance really quickly and can't rely on it.
>>13114328Kratom is effective and consistent, but long-term use is associated with loads of adverse effects to liver, kidneys and heart.
>>13114746>>13114764Specifically kukicha is amazing for this (a type of green tea that is only stems and twigs of the plant, not the leaves, relatively much higher in L-theanine and lower in caffeine)
>>13115075>>13121092Based on my own experiences, yes. It's the most balanced stim out there in my opinion. It's a bit nootropic, it's relaxing, it gives focus, not overstimulating (unless you take too much of it). It's extremely reliable and its effects are really unique, it doesn't feel like a stim, more like a universal on-switch that enhances a wide variety of aspects involved in cognition and general functioning.
>>13115181Yes but it might take someone months, even years to learn how to use it effectively for that purpose.
>>13115864Ephedrine is really straightforward and effective, but will seriously fuck up your liver. The first sign will be skin problems, all kinds of weird shit, especially infections to hair follicles in beard hear that can cause facial scarring. It's not worth it. Synephrine is a "healthier" alternative, but not nearly as effective as ephedrine.
