It's probable that if you spent a year perfecting your fitness and exercise, improving your diet, used discipline in things like sleep hygeine and dopamine stimulation, and start doing something you have a passion for, in a situation where you want and need the rewards, - that you would maximise your attention and energy levels to your genetics.
Once you accomplished that discipline, you could still look into nootropics, spaced/occasional stimulant enhancement, etc... , but most probably you would simply be a normal (normal for a thriving) human who is highly productive most of the time, and who has occasional rest time and naps, like humans do.
Since this is only a general, and probable guess aimed at the vast majority of the population, you'd want to get a basic check up (labs, heart, etc), as well as perhaps a sleep study, perhaps a genetic test to look for mutations, to see if you were some very rare outlier.
