modifications to morse code

are there any other variations to morse code besides direct translation, like rearranging the dots and dashes to hide something else
i have this blurb of morse code but i have no idea on how to decipher it

you seem to be asking if it possible to communicate in binary using a system other than morse code.
unfortunately the answer to that question is no. morse code it the only way to communicate using a system like dots & dashes or 1s & 0s

Morse code is a series of dots and dashes but it did't always use to be like that. Still, when you receive dots and dashes the decoding does depend on the alphabet. English, Japanese and Russian are different. Some western languages have extra characters added to the English Morse alphabet. (Æ, Ø, Å. Ã, Ü, Ñ etc).

On top of that you have the "fist": every human Morse code operator has subtly different ways of handling the key that makes you recognisable.

Morse has plenty of abbreviations (Q-code, Z-code, and many more) plus some protocol to control the flow of information.

That is possible. The Morse code operator just transmits what he is given, and that is received at the other end. That text in turn might be handled to the crypto group to recover the plain text. Such encrypted traffic is often in groups of 5 letters.
