protip: don't do late night study. go to bed before midnight, and don't do any work for an hour or two before bed but just enjoy yourself. wake up at a reasonable time and start working early in the day

Go for an hour long walk, preferably in daylight but right now works too if you want to keep going. The difference in focus between that and total inactivity is huge.

Its hard to break the cycle once you're in it though.
I do personally work better at night than in the day, but maybe that's just because I've done it that way for so long.

I should see a doctor or something, I've tried everything. Doubt it'll help though, I think it's just the way I am, some of my close family are also like this. I wonder if there's some sort of diagnosis for this shit.
