how the FUCK do you stop being a lazy piece of shit? over the past 3 months i've only built up three habits for doing 3 daily tasks, cumulating up to about 90 minutes a day. i still have 4 hours more of things i want to get done that i never bother starting
what is wrong with me, scientifically speaking? how do i get to the level where on the hour i can do everything i want in a day? how do i get to the level where i wake up and sleep at the same time. how do i unfuck myself, i promised myself i was going to do something as basic as a 10 minute stretch two whole hours ago and i haven't gotten out of my chair
