Then you have 4 different rotation positions for each of the L, J, and T pieces, 2 different rotation positions for the I, S, and Z pieces, and only one position for the O piece. So that's 512 different rotation positions. Then you have 10 different columns to drop them in (actually as low as 6 but let's ignore that, also ignoring the various moves you can do with slow dropping).
5120 * 7! is much lower than 190 ^ 7, although this is simplified. I'm still curious where you got that number.
