Not really, some people in social sciences are quite talented in math, but aren't passionate about it. At least, this is the case here in my country, I doubt that it's true in U.S for example considering how the field is there.
I'm not sure that I can say that I'm good at math. I've never studied it and all the high school level math was self-explanatory for me, I got A's without even putting any work. Math was just dull, I like working with people and manipulate people's lives, the issues aren't something that you can have a formula of, they're more complex. Now I regret not going for biology instead, the whole field of social sciences is filled with people who have no grasp of reality.
