Can anyone make a quick Desmos equation to model blood levels of medications over time?

For an example, say the drug reaches its peak concentration of 100mg one hour after taking it, and it has a half life of 6 hours. Then, if the same dose is taken 3 hours later, the new curve should be added onto the first (not overlapping).

Help out a mathematical illiterate. It should look something like pic related.
