Someone like me, where I have no idea what my IQ is, usually needs to do harder problems at least once before getting it 100% right.
Sure I might do 70% of the right steps, but individually I have to check my own work, so that's where it gets tricky.
But what I've noticed, even people with years of mathematics experience, still make the same silly mistakes I do, and have to correct their work afterwards.

The fact you act like I should care that you skipped bumfuck easy highschool classes just tells me you're a first year college student at some state university or community college in college algebra or elementary calculus (aka derivatives the class).

Go take a some retarded abstract algebra class or at least some quantum mechanics class then come tell me how easy the math is.

I mean it definitely takes more work than calc. But just about any undergrad math course is passable with a 130 IQ and willingness to grind through vast problem sets.

I once studied with a guy in college who was sort of a genius like this for math but was absolutely useless in any kind of lab work. Everyone in the experimental class was done with their experiments and he was still failing massively hard at calibrating the equipment.

We thought he was joking, but he was trying this hardest. It really lends itself to that whole idea of multiple intelligence types and shit like this.
