There's astounding variety in the Mandelbrot set? Is there a way for it to encode any information possibly of finite, but arbitrarily large size (or Kolmogorov complexity)?

If it is drawn black and white, then there is almost no complexity. The code for
drawing the picture is quite short. But you can use the color mapping to create the
desired complexity, provided that you have a method to distinguish arbitrarily fine
elements of a color palette.

No. In fact almost all numbers are not computable.

colors can just be an attached number though. I didn't know the colors meant anything because they always repeat colors as they are zooming in.
