For most people even the epsilon delta definition is notoriously hard and metric spaces are much more abstract.
I'd imagine for most people (for which real analysis will be the first time they do proofs) that's gonna be pretty difficult.

The 70 hrs is obviously completely over the top but real analysis is known as being hard, you'll need to put in quite a bit of effort to pass. 20 hours a week at least I would guess.
