If there's plastic that can't be recycled then is the correct move going forward is to build better incinerators? The Natural Gas industry flares off gas because it can't be sold or is a non-marketable product.

A few decades ago you could have gotten free used cooking oil for your DIY bio fuel car, now that crud is locked up to be sold. It would be cool if we gotten to the point where people have to lock their dumpsters up because there's a massive demand for used plastic.
