1) mix any nitrogen based fertilizer with sodium hydroxide in a closed bottle with an outgoing tube (don't breathe the toxic gases)
2) gurgle the gas in a solution of nitric acid immersed in ice until pH is neutral / basic

I don't know any real games about organic chem... I was planning to create one exactly for that reason... chemistry is a bit taboo because it can lead to people killing themselves while trying to manufacture drugs / explosives etc.

I think it's because of this taboo that there are not many games about practical chemistry
I could teach so many things to everybody... but I'm always scared of being made responsible for a random retard making chlorine in his bathroom and killing himself etc.

yes, absolutely
information is more concentrated and the interaction provides feedback to the brain
the tricky thing is not getting distracted by too many stimuli at once, this is part of a great educational game design IMO

I remember there being some phone apps where you go through and predict results from reactions and choosing the right reaction for a desired product. But I can't think of anything that's particularly chemistry.
The only half-decent but still comfy/leisurely chem content I can think of these days are youtube channels like Explosions&Fire/Extraction&Ire, NurdRage, NileRed, Periodic Videos, Rhodanide, Total Synthesis, and a bit of ElementalMaker, Cody'sLab, NightHawkInLight, Applied Science and Tech Ingredients.
There's not even any decent podcasts that I know of anymore since The Collapse Wavefunction died.

yeah but these apps are usually quite shitty, they consider 100% perfect yield all time and no impurities
