I hear of people that do, for classes like accounting that actually have multiple choice exams, but I skim the readings and make out with a B. For most business majors that don't plan to kill themselves on coke in investment banking, GPA is a minor factor of your resume and getting bigger jobs will be all about the work experience and internships you can muster up before you get out of school.
