There are genetic, subconscious neurological, and conscious neurological strategies employed in the mating process, but it would seem to me that things like refined facial features, smooth skin, longevity, intellect, and more are just as powerful or more powerful forces in evolution for humanity.
I think if it even gets to a situation where people look that way, it'll be by choice, it'll be because of genetic alternation of an artificial nature, sadly. We need to bring back stable family units, end the scourge of feminism and divorce, before we worry about people's physical appearance. We are already hundreds of miles too far down the road of vanity for my tastes and I would give anything to fix these things. We don't have a lack of technology, we have a lack of morality.
