I think the spirit of the question was not simply oxygenated blood but arterial blood supply. If adequate supply was provided, I see no reason why we couldn't keep the organ viable.
Broadly skipping over the details like blood brain barrier, cerebrospinal fluid and other mechanisms of perfusion too.
