Is there an imperative for high IQ/people with good genes to impregnate as many women as possible?

I'm not talking about supporting the children - I'm talking about tactful impregnation. Lower iq ethnicities are more or less here to stay. Taking a random sample of someone from a say, an ethnically mexican population and combining the averages of our two genes should, theoretically, make any offspring much more likely to be successful.

Say the average iq in my family is 130 (just an estimation based off of the few scores I know and comparing them amongst my other family members) and I combined my ~130 iq genes with a latina who is likely to be around 90 iq, then in absolute laymen terms, our offspring would likely have an average of 115, minus a bit for the theoretically fatherless upbringing.

What are some of the arguments for and against such a policy, ethically speaking or otherwise?
