Anti-Vaxxer In-laws

My significant other's parents, and we'll their entire family really, are all Anti-Vaccine. They all mostly revolve around the beliefs and ideals of the father and usually when I have any sort of opposing or questioning talks with either my significant other or her older sibling, they will usually shoot out some sort of trivial non-factual science based claims or just say "my father has been researching this for years and he knows whats what". And its really upsetting because they straight out belive you are less of human or even "retarded" if you've been vaccinated or are for them. Meanwhile if my significant other was not under such idealistic thoughts I feel as if I could explain the science, but if I have anything to say, whatever it is, is just dismissed because it's "not true" or it goes against their own twisted version of science. It makes me feel like they all think I'm an idiot. And it's not just vaccines, for context, they also belive 5g towers, wifi routers and microwave ovens give you cancer, meanwhile I understand the electromagnetic spectrum. Oh and the entirety or the government is corrupt and is always after you. Oh and... Macro-biotics. Keep in mind the so called "research" seems to be reading online articles supporting their claims and speaking to like minded people on some abstract forums.

I love my SO but the idealistic behavior from her family that blatantly ignores undisputable scientific facts, is angering. I would love to try and get to her and show her the truth, but it's hard when you are raised to be biased.
