according to what im searching up, it breaks down into glycin, glycolate and oxalate
glycin glycolate are usually reabsorbed most of the time, the rest is pissed away
oxalate too is mostly excreted through piss
so those three metabolites are bissed and not sharted
unless there are other metabolites, i can say that we mostly piss jello
