Unironically I'd say this is a woman because of the pattern of soft tissue, the short urethra, and because OP is a faggot who would probably get mad at seeing an unclothed woman. Also it's hard to see on an MRI, but it looks like the pelvic structure is more open. But posting a thumbnail is worthless.
