Interestingly its name is literally "heavy rock" in Swedish, but in Swedish it's called Volfram or Wolfram, thus the W.

There isn't enough Tungsten or heavy machinery on Earth to do the kind of megascale engineering that you are suggesting. Yes gravity would be a little higher closer to Mt Tungsten, but nothing noticeable.

I had the same thought as OP once, but instead of making a thread and asking about it, I did the necessary calculations myself to see what the effects would be. Thats was enough to satisfy my curiosity.
