I have a high immune response to egg whites, so they bump my insulin even though they contain 0 carbs. Take a food immune response screening, as eggs allergies are very common and you can still have a reaction but not anaphylaxis. I'm young and extremely healthy otherwise btw.

Aren't eggs bad for cholesterol? A couple eggs occasionally shouldn't be bad especially if you have a healthy lifestyle, 3 every single day probably increases your risk of clogging your arteries with plaque.

I am pretty good and i like them but even my body starts to feel repelled by eggs if i eat more as 3 a weak for a long period of time.
