I think the rule of thumb is the stride of your leg is roughly equal to the length of your arm (unless you are hyper flexible and the average human is not). So take whatever is the length of your arm and multiply that distance by 3.25. That's going to be your stride on Mars due to gravity, and Martian atmosphere is about 1% that of Earth's, so it can be more or less ignored same as suit.
If you assume a 2' stride for example when running, then you'll get around a 7' stride on Mars.
Average walking speed is 3mph on Earth, and running I think is around 4.5. A 3.25x of that is 14.6mph. If you're running at 5mph, you'd get to about 15mph on Mars.
The average speed of ejaculation is 28mph. On Mars, due to the Gravitational difference, the average speed of ejaculation will be 91mph. Whoever's receiving your load is going to be in a world of hurt.
