>>13062012Just go back to school and get your degree. I was in a very similar place as you a couple of years back. I had started college but dropped out because I wasn't sure what I wanted to do in life (was majoring in English, wanted to become a creative writer; still do but want to have a real career to fall back on just in case, plus I've become passionate about science and tech anyhow), was always bad at math, etc. I've aced every math class I've taken since I decided to go back to school for cs. Here's a hint: you don't actually have to be naturally good at math to become proficient or even excel at it. What you need to do is focus, learn how to wrap your mind around concepts, talk to the professor and ask for help, and get help from your fellow students.
I'm about to start taking cs classes finally but nervous about programming, but I figure if I just apply myself the same way I did to learn math, then I should be fine, plus putting in some extra effort outside of class.
It's never too late to turn things around, anon. You can do it!
