You guys are smart right? Well my cousin is 22 and she still does not appear to have developed any secondary sex characteristics; that is to say, basically she looks 13-14 years old, maybe less.

I'm starting to worry she might be trans or something like that. She does keep her hair quite short and stylish. She's one of the most intelligent people I know, but her mother unfortunately is a radical feminist who did crazy things like "banning pink" in her childhood.

She at least doesn't have any male characteristics, and refers to herself with female pronouns, so I don't get what this is. Is she on puberty blockers? How long can you be on those? If she comes off in her mid 20s can she go through puberty and look more feminine and have kids? Or maybe she has a rare medical condition?

I'm not aware of her having any boy/girlfriends.

I just want what's best for her. I am concerned she may be getting brainfucked by her mother into making decisions she may later regret, they don't have a good relationship.
