They offer a lot. Some people are there to learn a trade or vocational skill, some high schoolers go to them to earn early university credits, some people go to get their associate’s degree or transfer into a university, and some are just there to learn because they enjoy the subject.
It’s looked down upon because there’s not really a barrier to it. Anyone can sign up and take classes. Which is stupid, because it’s one of the best opportunities America has to offer.
And yes, lots of attractive women there. Unless you’re in some shithole like Oklahoma
