However, probably around a third of each issue is about equality, inclusiveness and other similar political garbage. And there is never any room for opinions that aren't "we shouldn't hire white men". The various job listings almost invariably state something along the lines of "we seek to promote inclusiveness and diversity in our workplace and any applicants to this position will be expected to argue how they will contribute to these goals". In effect, if you're a white man don't bother.
It will be hilarious when this "positive discrimination" means that, since there will be 10 white men, 1 black man and 1 woman applying for a position and the outcome must be one of the latter two for political reasons, the white men that do get hired will have gone through a much tougher selection and the minorities and women through a much easier one. So eventually you get to the point where the white dude is probably going to be an order of magnitude more capable than their female or black colleagues simply because of the way you rigged your selection process. See if that helps prejudice.
