Religion and science do not disprove or prove each other because they have entirely different frameworks. Science is based on observable evidence, AKA seeing is believing. Religion, on the other hand, is based on faith. Faith is inherently blind belief.
Religion and science do not overlap and likely will never overlap unless something incredibly happens, something that is likely not ever going to happen.
