>>13057028I had a huge list of inequalities to remember for a complex analysis test (no notes allowed obviously), so I:
1) Rearranged them such that the inequality was always "less than"
2) Ordered them in such a way that the structure of the inequalities was mirrored half way through the list
3) Assigned a number to each unique symbol
4) Wrote down the inequalities as one long number and remembered the first half (since the second half was just a mirror of the first)
When the test came, I spent 3 minutes expanding the list from its "compressed" state and essentially had a formula sheet to use for the rest of the test. I haven't had to use this method since, but it worked well enough for me.
