you should add more than stims i think

all of these kill your REM sleep so you also need to factor that in, the psychedelics like LSD boost REM sleep through the roof

amanita is very good for slow wave sleep, GHB as well

dissociatives like ketamine help resensitize you with long term potentiation

dynorphins block BDNF so you should get a KOR agonist like salvia

Melatonin is kinda implied to help get good deep sleep

melatonin knocks off some REM sleep though. people doing lucid dreaming will usually dose melatonin for a while then drop it to get REM rebound

i haven't had REM sleep in years due to constant weed use, boy it's rough. The greatest dreams I've ever had have always followed a daytime acid trip. Maybe I should get back into that
