Hello. I am looking for recommendations for books or online material on cooperative game theory. There are a fair number of wikipedia entries on cooperative game theory as well as topics within the field but I am having a hard time finding standalone material on the subject. Any recommendations or advice would be helpful.

note: I am not soliciting advice on learning introductory game theory nor am I particularly interested in material on non-cooperative game theory!! (though if you so desire to recommend them that would be okay)
