Now, the reason not to take anything before is they can reduce the inflammatory response, which has been shown to reduce the effectiveness of vaccines. I'm a little dubious that taking something afterward wouldn't also interfere if it's mitigating the inflammatory response. So imo, the safest best is to avoid medicating afterward unless you're feeling miserable.
