Of course a person like that is gonna be “successful” in an awful world that rewards awful/social people. If you’re a terrible person with a low IQ with no integrity who does networking and resumes and stuff and sycophantically plays the evil pathetic games required to get ahead then you are guaranteed to be wealthy and have a parasitic (lucrative) career. The most accurate possible sign that someone is dumb and slimy is financial success, at least today. I’m guessing that wasn’t necessarily the case before modern times.
