What are some proven ways that i can improve academically?

I want to excel in uni but i have average intelligence. How can i do it /sci/ ? I am willing to do whatever it takes, even drugs, but i doubt i can get my hands on those.

Attend and take good notes every lecture. Do the homework early. Go to office hours regularly. Form study groups to review the material.

Don't drink alcohol or do excessive amounts of drugs. Exercise at least 30 minutes every day. Lift weights at least twice a week. Eat lots of vegetables and drink plenty of water.

any more than 10mg will fuck you over, and dont take the slow release ones either, thats meant to prevent the BPD that can be caused from adderall's mood boosting effects but really if you just take it thrice a week you wont feel it anyways
