hypothetically speaking If a man (white man) got his own half sister pregnant. (They are silbings but they only share the same Dad, the mother of the girl asian so the sister is birracial)

Does the child (product of the white dude and his half asian sister) may be prone to the same inbreeding risk's than any other kid? The fact that the mother is bi racial makes it less risky? Does incest really creates mutants? I had the idea that maybe multigenerational incest is what create things like thr Habsburgs but if it's only first genetation incest with a birracial parent maybe the child may not be born retarded. This is entirely a hypothetical question.
