Is it advisable to get vaccinated while having a flare-up of Multiple Sclerosis, or is it better to wait a few weeks until it passes? What about flare-ups of other autoimmune diseases?

I'm young and in a country with very little corona, that is managing it quite well (it's very unlikely I will even catch covid).
