Cultural Subversion as Genocide

Hello /sci/ friends
I was reading this interesting publication of Laland (2008) about the dual theory of gene/culture evolution:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2607340/pdf/rstb20080132.pdf

And was wondering... if genetics and culture coevolve and depend one from another is any attempt to subvert culture by artificial direction of consent (as google was doing for example) or promotion of dysgenics propaganda (as netflix and other media are doing with alternative gender / social roles) to be considered a genocide?

Also this is not /pol/ material, it's /sci/ related since we're discussing about the logical outcomes from the results of a publication from the royal society, so fuck off "get back to /pol/" shills
