Why isn't anyone acknowledging the perpetual process of human evolution and the possibility that a sub species is literally emerging, or maybe even has emerged, on earth? This new sub species certainly must be dysgenic because the conditions which modern humans live under are not in favor of the strongest or smartest, rather the weak and the dumb.

Scientifically speaking there are no absolutes in nature, at what point do we feel comfortable making a distinction between Homo Sapiens Sapiens and this new sub-human emerging life form?
