Negative mental impacts occur only if someone is unable to process or objectively group their observations. So if you want to help her avoid that just lend a non-judgemental ear when she needs it or space to process without others judging her.
I'd personally also add to keep in mind that there is never any way of knowing what order the quality of her experiences will come in. Could be a great first time and then every time after that is shit, or a horrible 20 times and then a great 21-999 times. It'd help keep her mind open and clear about what she is wanting to learn from these experiences better and avoid getting caught up in obvious drama or bullshit tactics that some people learn and then knowingly deceive/abuse others with.
